“Absolutely Outstanding!!! I have never dealt with a company that comes anywhere close to the unprecedentedly high level of customer service and product care demonstrated by Total Tiles. I've only ordered a sample tile so far, but this is only because I haven't got round to ordering the full quantity I need yet. Even though I initially ordered just one sample tile, the level of care taken in packaging was unbelievable. Even though I placed such a small order and quite late on a Sunday afternoon (by phone/voicemail message as my laptop was playing up) I got a call back within half an hour and it took just a couple of minutes to complete. My order arrived Tuesday morning. I will definitely be ordering any tiles I need from now on from Total Tiles and would recommend them to everyone.”

“Best choice and best prices we'd found anywhere. Won't hesitate to use Total Tiles again and would recommend them highly (already passed on their name to our fitter). Staff at the showroom and on the phone were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Having used Total Tiles on three separate occasions in the last year, I have nothing but the greatest praise for their helpful, professional attitude when dealing with customers changing needs and requirements. They have shown great willingness to be adaptable when arranging deliveries, returns or extra inventory if or when required, and also provide essential advice. They have a very extensive range available to view on-line or at their warehouse in Ipswich, and this all comes at the most competitive prices available anywhere. I have already advised friends and colleagues to use Total Tiles, and have no hesitation in most highly recommending their services.”

“Ordered sample on Monday, arrived Tuesday in a well wrapped parcel. (2 30x60 cm tiles). Ordered required tiles before 2pm Tuesday arrived first thing Wednesday. That's what I call a great service.”

“Customer service was excellent every time I visited. Purchase and delivery was also a breeze. Whole experience very positive. The tiles were great value for money, from a 22 sq metre order only one was slightly chipped. Tiles look great.”
