“I expected a lesser quality for the price but yet it’s excellent, we went for the wood style tile and yes it’s clear that it isn’t wood so you have to be prepared to embrace that! But it has the right amount of texture. I am very pleased.”

“The service was quick good information and very nice and cheerful If we need any more tiles I would use them again they did not try and talk us into any tile that was more expensive.they were helpful in finding some tiles in our price range know pressure just good service.”

“Great customer service and products. I've successfully installed an electric underfloor heating system in my office along with the recommended insulation and it's transformed the room. I got an electrician to wire up and channel the wall for the conduit / cables, but other than that the instructions provided were helpful and the kit appears high quality. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“I am delighted with the quality and reasonable price of the tile samples I ordered. The package arrived quickly and was carefully wrapped. “Absolutely Outstanding!!! I have never dealt with a company that comes anywhere close to the unprecedentedly high level of customer service and product care demonstrated by Total Tiles. I've only ordered a sample tile so far, but this is only because I haven't got round to ordering the full quantity I need yet. Even though I initially ordered just one sample tile, the level of care taken in packaging was unbelievable. Even though I placed such a small order and quite late on a Sunday afternoon (by phone/voicemail message as my laptop was playing up) I got a call back within half an hour and it took just a couple of minutes to complete. My order arrived Tuesday morning. I will definitely be ordering any tiles I need from now on from Total Tiles and would recommend them to everyone.”
