“Hi, I have received my sample tiles, and was happy with tile quality, and will look to be making a purchase soon. The thing that did please me was the secure way that you packaged my samples, that was actually a deciding factor in me wanting to continue with my interest in your tiles. Thank you. “Excellent service. On time delivery. Company offered to hold on to my goods until I got back from holiday. This is my second order with Total tiles as I had already purchase some tiles a few months ago and needed to match this new order up with previous order. They were able to send me tiles of the same batch number too which was excellent. Very courteous and helpful.”

“I expected a lesser quality for the price but yet it’s excellent, we went for the wood style tile and yes it’s clear that it isn’t wood so you have to be prepared to embrace that! But it has the right amount of texture. I am very pleased.”

“The service was quick good information and very nice and cheerful If we need any more tiles I would use them again they did not try and talk us into any tile that was more expensive.they were helpful in finding some tiles in our price range know pressure just good service.”

“Great customer service and products. I've successfully installed an electric underfloor heating system in my office along with the recommended insulation and it's transformed the room. I got an electrician to wire up and channel the wall for the conduit / cables, but other than that the instructions provided were helpful and the kit appears high quality. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.”
