“Ordered two different types of tiles and I am not disappointed. Tiles arrived on time and were well packaged. I also had a query which was dealt with promptly via email. Would definitely recommend and use again!”

“We've purchased wood effect floor tiles 3 times now. Twice through the phone, the customer service lady was absolutely helpful and kind, helped with every question we had. Third times we ordered online, that went similarly smoothless. Delivery was prompt. We can only recommend Total Tiles.”

“Store Code 51416/51315...Hemel Hempstead Shop. What lovely boys they are at the above store. Bob, the Manager, wasn't at the shop the day I called, but his customers were in safe hands with Ryan and Anthony. They were so friendly and helpful and clearly knew their stock, particularly Ryan. Another day I called, Olivia was just as friendly and helpful. It is so important to have a good team on the sales floor, who can strike the balance between selling the product, and making the customer comfortable and able to browse without feeling pressured into make a hasty purchase. Needless to say the Hemel store comes highly recommended.”

“Amazing service and although I had a problem with my delivery (not total tiles fault) they handled it very professionally and got it resolved in time to not effect my job! Great quality tiles at a fraction of the price!”

“We ordered tiles online and paid. For some reason Sage had a problem with my payment. However Alan from Total Tiles phoned me, sorted the problem and then had the shipment sent on time. Great follow up, good customer service! Also, I had not thought about the primer, grout etc I would be needing. Alan managed to get the order in at a decent price and just in time to ship with the tiles and all arrived in good order. Tiles look great. I'd definitely go back to Total Tiles and order again if/when I need to.”
