“On the initial visit, I left with a range of tiles to take home to see what they looked in situ. Those tiles were free of charge. A couple of weeks later,I returned and made the purchase. No fuss, no hassles. Polite and helpful staff brought the items to my car and helped me load up. Happy to recommend.”

“Excellent customer service! I recently gave feedback on my sample tile which I wasn't happy with. It appeared an error had been made in the printing of the tile. The website was updated to to ensure customers knew this was a gloss product as the photo looked matt. I was immediately contacted too discuss the problem which was quickly rectified. I was refunded the small charge made for the sample (which came beautifully packaged I might add) & sent other samples & sizes to fit my original search criteria free of charge. I have been suitably impressed by this company & their staff. Thank you”
