“The grey tile was a gloss finish & I expected a matt finish from the website photo. Secondly the tile appeared to be a 'seconds' products as faint lines in a completely different colour ran through it vertically!”

“After looking around numerous tiles stores with my wife who was set on a particular design for our bathroom walls and floor I then turned to the internet and stumbled on total tiles who literally blew the store prices out of the water, I also contacted them to discuss my order and they were very friendly and helpful. My tiles arrived within a couple of days all wrapped and safe. Very quick, very simple, great value. I will happily recommend total tiles to family and friends.”

“I requested samples for 2 tiles. They came in a huge box with mega amounts of bubble wrap. Lovely tiles but unfortunately they are not suitable for the purpose I had intended, being far too heavy for the Stramit (strawboard) wall. However 10 out of 10 for service, would look to them again should the need arise.”
