It was a real pleasure to work with someone who was so effective, efficient and helpful. My order was delivered very speedily and whilst I am yet to unpack the goods, I would have total confidence that even if there were to be any queries, they would be resolved.”

“I ordered 3 different colour samples of the nailed wood effect porcelain, all of which arrived promptly and extremely well wrapped. Having decided on the natural oak, I placed an order for those, grout and adhesive- the latter 2 items being very competitively priced. My free pallet delivery arrived on the date chosen by a really chatty, friendly Pallet Force driver. The tiling is nearly finished and my floor is looking fantastic. Highly recommend these tiles and Total Tiles- many thanks!”

“Excellent company which I would highly recommend. Product was perfect and as described with excellent communication. There was an issue with delivery which was completely outwith total tiles control but they took full responsibility and all the stress by rectifying the issue as quickly as they could whilst also keeping me informed. Will definitely use again.”

“The tiles were sent very quickly, they were exactly the shade as seen in the pictures. The packaging was excellently done with plenty of bubble wrap all around them. Just what was required.”

“I received 2 samples from this company, easy to order, next day delivery, really impressed with the service. Sadly neither of the samples were suitable , which is a shame as much cheaper than other suppliers, but would definitely shop with this company in the future.”
