“absolutely fantastic - good customer liaison and ability to sort out any problems without issue. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase tiles to give them the opportunity Note: the apply of a sample tile (actual size ) for £2. without postage is fantastic . Thank you !”

“I received 2 samples from this company, easy to order, next day delivery, really impressed with the service. Sadly neither of the samples were suitable , which is a shame as much cheaper than other suppliers, but would definitely shop with this company in the future.”

“I ordered the white marble tiles for our new bathroom and i am delighted with them. I had shopped around and they were by far cheaper than anywhere else. My mistake was to not order enough as i hadn't allowed the 10% extra which my tiler didn't mention. It cost me a further £60 to get them delivered the next day which did add to the cost, something to be mindful of.”

“Exceptional service and extremely fast delivery. 2 out of the 3 times these were delivered next day, even if weekend. Really pleased that the samples are full size. Excellent packaging.They are brilliant quality too. As I have three toilets to tile ( fully tiled as well) I have ordered more samples than I can count on three different occasions and I have been satisfied every time. I am definitely going to be placing an order with this company as soon as I make my mind up.”

“I received a super service from Total Tiles, after a mishap in which 4 tiles were broken I phoned Total Tiles to order replacements, they very kindly sent me 4 tiles at no cost to me not even for carriage. Deliveries were on time and very quick. The staff were also very helpful with a pre order enquiry. I thoroughly recommend Total Tiles and they deserve the 5 stars given.”

“The ordering process was easy. Delivery was great, driver called and waited for me to get home because I was five mins away. Delivered safely on a palette and well packaged. Tiles are excellent quality. Very happy with the service, will use the company again.”
