“Helpful before and during delivery - contacted all day to advise delivery. When arrived - Neatly & securely packed - friendly and helpful driver who went out of way to ensure we did not have too far to carry tiles into house. Would recommend service and tiles look excellent quality”

“Excellent company to deal with, they are courteous, helpful and efficient with advice, ordering and delivery. The sales team are all really pleasant to talk to and go the extra mile. In today's world of poor service, this company can teach the others how it should be done. We will always use Total for our tiling needs in the future. Well Done !”

“Excellent experience of ordering from Total tiles. There was a slight variation in tile colour because of different batches, they spotted this themselves and alerted me. The outcome was I ended up happier than if there had been no issue to start with!”

“Great prices, delivery and service. Tiles look great now fitted. Would use again. Make sure you order enough though, as having to order a few extra tiles as I did is costly due to delivery charges.”

“Very happy with purchase again. Ordered bathroom tiles first and now for the kitchen. Order has been delivered complete and within 2 days. Same as the first order. Builder said the tiles were good quality tiles. I would highly recommend.”
