“Endless variety and selection of tiles, great telephone, AND delivery service. Advice on how much adhesive, grout, etc. was incredibly helpful! Highly recommended!”

“I bought a single tile for £2.99 simply as a measuring aid. The service was superb. The tile arrived in a large box beautifully wrapped in yards of bubble wrap. If the "project" goes ahead later this year I will most definitely use the company”

“Excellent web site to help you choose from the wide selection available. Good sized samples which you can safely use to select the one suitable to your taste unlike other suppliers who send you tiny "free" samples which are of no use at all. Prices are keen, staff are very helpful and delivery is within 2 days. A superb company I can recommend without hesitation to everyone looking for tiles.”

“Brilliant customer service, was very anxious about ordering tiles online but after having being sent a sample tile and the gentleman on the phone explaining everything to me I decided to proceed. A few of my tiles arrived damaged but that’s absolutely fine as total tiles was very quickly responding to my emails and have sent me replacements out. Would recommend total tiles 1000%”

“Thanks for your efficient service in providing Tile sample , I was not expecting a full 600X600 tile , it was very securely packed and delivered by DPD. Though you charged £4.99 I know it must have costed you over £25 with cost of tile, packaging and courier charges. Unfortunately as i am adding another room I need similar to my existing color. I am enclosing a picture of your and mine existing tile. If you have similar color and can send me a small piece that will do and I don't paying your charges. Regards, I will definitely do business when ever I need and will keep your details on file.”
