“I found the site (Total Tiles) on line - wanted to put some underfloor heating in the a new garden lodge - (great place to chat with the guys and gals on a Sunday - yes of course a glass of ale helps sometimes) - I sought some advice as to the correct procedure - chatted on line and then on the telephone - Told the lads at the office the job I wanted to do - they had the material required list made up and priced in no time - paid over phone - goods delivered a day later - the driver plonked the gear right where we wanted it - great service - yes I could have worked out a list online and done it that way but I thought why not pick the brains of the guys and gals that deal with this every day - quick - had some banter - it works and they don,t mind helping - the only down side was the 'crushed' tube of sealant that had run over everything and set solid - will I complain - na - just as well pick one up locally - have a nice Christmas everyone - will chat again in the new year - oh didn't I tell you - we decided to extend the lodge - so more heating - well you've got to keep busy haven't you - Terry.D”

“Been looking for these slate tiles for a while and these were by far the best priced ones I could find. Delivered very quickly and I liked it that every single one of the 58 boxes had been opened to check the tiles were OK. Couldn't be happier...”
