“Happy to pay for samples, but wasn't expecting to get the full 60 x 60 tiles. Really great service and much better than small pieces of tiles other supplier send. Really get a feel for product this way.”

“I was called the day before delivery was expected and advised that a stock error had occured and the specific item I wanted was not in stock. A solution was offered to either send 0.5sqm less or more of heatmat if I could accommodate the change. I opted for 0.5sqm more as there was space in an adjacent room which would also be underfloor heated on a later date. The item was despatched there and then and arrived as planned the following day. I liked the fact that cloth tape was included but not expected in the package.”

“We dealt with Adam who was professional in his approach to our requirements. There were a lot of things we did not totally understand and he guided us with the best option for our budget. We came across this website by accident as we were looking for a particular tile. Ended up buying the whole bathroom fit out as they were more than competitive. Thoroughly recommend. When bathroom is finished happy to show photos”

“First they had a style of tile I was looking for at a very reasonable price.Second they arrived very quickly after the order. Third the courier had managed to break a couple of boxes of tiles which TT replaced without a quibble very quickly, their customer service was excellent with a prompt response to my email about broken tiles with a follow up call. I would recommend them without hesitation.”
