“First they had a style of tile I was looking for at a very reasonable price.Second they arrived very quickly after the order. Third the courier had managed to break a couple of boxes of tiles which TT replaced without a quibble very quickly, their customer service was excellent with a prompt response to my email about broken tiles with a follow up call. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Total tiles made me very happy! the service was excellent from the beginning to end, from the initial contact by phone (extremely helpful) to samples (particularly impressive service - I am now the bubble-wrap queen of Ascot), and the delivery - within 24 hours -WOW. My builder said, when he saw the tiles (which were at the cheaper end of the ranges) " they're great quality, bite their hand off and get them straight away. The ranges are impressive and the range of prices are extensive. What's not to like?”

“Firstly the price was very competitive, we found the tiles we wanted then changed our mind, no problem, no fuss the order was just changed, then we needed to increase the order again no issues, just a simply change. The tiles were held until we needed them then delivered on time and to the destination required. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable we would definitely recommend Total Tiles.”
