“Great range of tiles to choose from. We ran out of the first set of tiles we bought, I contacted customer services who checked the batch number and put a box aside which we went to pick up from the store in Ipswich. Very helpful and friendly staff, great customer service. We have bought the same type of tiles in different colours for our kitchen. The tile adhesive we got from them was better than the adhesive we got from a well known DIY store.”

“Total Tiles handled my initial order with a minimum of fuss and maximum efficiency and when I, twice, asked to reduce the number of tiles I wanted, they did so without question. The tiles were delivered on the date requested and 3 broken ones were promptly replaced. If only all on line purchases ran this smoothly”

“I have just purchased 5m of grey split-faced quartz mosaics. They are really lovely, but incredibly fragile tiles and despite good packaging, I did have some damages. The team at total tiles were brilliant, I simply sent a pic of the damaged tiles and the replacements were with me in a couple of days. If only all my suppliers were as efficient as this! Thank you X”
