“We purchased the splitface effect porcelian tiles which are very well made and easy to fit. We ordered the wrong adhesive initially but we were contacted to inform us we needed a stronger adhesive to fix the tiles. I also explained we were using the tiles to tile around our long burner and the gentleman I spoke to advised us to scrape all the paint off and use a primer before, he was very helpful and we are grateful as the tiles could have fallen off if we had not have been contacted. Our fire place looks amazing! Thank you for all your help, I would definitely recommend this company.”

“From my first enquiry through to delivery the staff at Total Tiles could not have been more helpful. When the tiles arrived there were some that were damaged. When we reported it there was no querying it, replacement delivery arrived within days. Would thoroughly recommend using Total Tiles.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from Total Tiles as their quality and pricing are really good value. Their service for both supplying a sample and then the actual order could not be better. The Tiler who fitted them for us was also most impressed by the quality, price and service and has taken their details to recommend to his customers.”

“Total Tiles were very helpful right from the beginning of tile sample collection until the order being delivered. I will strongly recommend to everyone to visit their website and view their collections at most competitive price. I personally visited their warehouse and was amazed by the customer services received at the site.”

“I found Total online whilst searching for some tiles and found the ones I liked. I phoned them up and an extreemly helpful and informative young man, sorry forget his name, ran through everything with me. I couldn't complete the order there and then, but subsequently ordered some mosaic style effect ones and paid for them online. The transaction was simple, self explanatory and the tiles arrived wrapped in more bubble wrap than I had ever seen. Not a single one broken Totally professional (excuse the pun) and all within 48 hours, with the delivery company giving me a one hour time slot. Very refreshing, I have to say. Cheers Total tiles, you definately get my recommendation. Jol Maud”
