“We were very happy with the assistance provided by the Total Tiles staff in arranging for a number of sample wood effect floor tiles to be dispatched to us for our kitchen/dining room. We were given good advice on which tiles to choose as well as which colour grouting to match. We went for the Loftwood Rustic Oak Wood Effect tile which were delivered promptly and efficiently by the carrier who even put them in the garage for us on a pallet truck. A local tiler fitted them for us and he, as we were, very impressed with the quality of the tile and the genuine 55% reduced price of £17:99 a square metre. Now that they have been laid we cannot believe they are actually tiles as they look so authentic as a rustic wooden floor with all the grain and knots!”

“Excellent service. Polite and very helpful staff on the phone. Spoke to 3 different staff and all genuine helpful. Ther are hundreds of tile shop websites but your staff makes you number one. I will never buy from a walk-in tile shop again. Well done. Cheers”
