“The selection of tiles were really good. The ordering process was easy, especially using the online calculator. The description of the products were detailed. The process of ordering what I required to the delivery was spot on. Everything I ordered was as described on the site and of very good quality. I would definitely order from you again”

“The tile I ordered as a sample came damaged due to the courier not Total tiles. I have never seen so much bubble wrap. After letting them know Jonathan rang me and apologised and asked if i want a refund or another tile sending. Great customer service.”

“Needed tiles for entrance hall & cloakroom. Fantastic selection of beautiful quality tiles. Knowledgeable staff who offered great advice, dealt with Rachel who was just amazing, very professional and very friendly. Talked me through my measurements and made sure I got everything I needed along with the tiles. Order arrived quickly, no issues. The finished product is amazing, the floor tiles are just beautiful and I absolutely love it!!”
