“First time I have used this company, won't be the last as I'm about to order more tiles. Delivery was on time, even with the current crisis. The delivery charge is high for small orders but that would be my only negative comment.”

“I ordered tiles for a bathroom refurbishment and have twice had to push the delivery back. I have spoken to Jack and Alan who were both friendly and helpful and sorted the issue for me. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Excellent service!”

“Great service from both Alan and Clare. Ordered sample tiles which were delivered really quickly. Having made our choice of tile, I rang to make sure I was ordering the right adhesive (tiling behind a wood burner) To go with the tiles. Clare was really helpful and professional. Simple transaction and at a great price. Delivery arrived, as scheduled, on a palette today. Driver was really helpful and courteous. Can’t fault my dealings with Total Tiles. Thank you.”

“What a fantastic company Total Tiles are. The choice of tiles is endless they can meet all your needs , samples were delivered straight away and packed very well so not a porcelain tile was damaged in transit, my job wasn’t held up due to the speed of their delivery. I also liked the fact their sales team picked up my call swiftly and could deal with all of my questions , I was so impressed with the service and guidance they gave me, I can not recommend this company enough , a truly professional service at competitive prices.”
