“We found the perfect tiles for our house from Total Tiles but ordered the wrong amount (too little). When we rang about this, the advisor we spoke to (Tony) was brilliant and really helped us out with getting a new delivery. The ordering process is easy, the delivery process is great with regular updates and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.”

“Very good service, tiles came well packaged still putting them up but haven’t come across any damaged ones, also great customer service as i ordered the wrong adhesive for the tile and they changed/upgraded for me which i think was above and beyond what they needed to do and saved me a lot of hassle, thank you”

“What a great service by Total Tiles...ordered on the weekend and they were delivered by a very nice chap on the Monday! Very happy with the quality of the tiles and hubby has started to lay them and they look fantastic! We will definitely be returning customer's... can't recommend highly enough!”

“Outstanding service. Excellent quality tiles. Easy to navigate website and order samples without charges. Great customer service as I had requested a call once delivery had been made also for pallet to be placed on drive. Delivery was on time which was important to the job we were doing! The tiles are as described on website and the sample. Really really happy with my purchase. I will be ordering some more tomorrow for another job.”
