“First time using total tiles. Sample tile came 2 days after I ordered it which I decided I liked so placed an order for a large amount of tiles. The delivery of the tiles came on time as promised even with the pandemic of covid 19 going on. when the tiles arrived one of the boxes were faulty, I sent pictures to total tiles and Elliot replied saying they’re happy to send me a new box free of charge. I will definitely be using total tiles when I need to in the future. thanks Elliot & total tiles team”

“Cannot praise the service highly enough Delivered on time. Excellent value for money. Delivery complete and all ordered items arrived. Tiles were easy to cut with small angle grinder and produced an excellent finish. Only one tile shattered during cutting Overall excellent service and product”
