“Ordered a sample tile unfortunately colour not what i want but nice tile well priced will look on Total tiles for more. Delivery was very quick.”

“I’ve used them on several occasions and always been impressed with their help and efficiency. I recently had several tiles broken when delivered and the customer service department replaced them without fuss and pretty quickly too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!”

“Total Tiles were excellent from placing the order to notification that the tiles would be delivered. The delivery took place at the day and time stated. The only downside was the delivery driver who was contracted by Total Tiles. I am disabled and both my parents reside with me. My dad has dementia, the driver left the palet in the middle of the road obstructing traffic. I had to carry 25 boxes of heavy tiles off the road onto the side to enable traffic to flow and to avoid having a fine. I would definitely recommend Total Tiles the delivery was just very unfortunate.”

“I ordered a sample tile to see how it looked in situ. The tile came when expected although I had to wait a couple of weeks. The quality is very good, actually it’s very good. I’m still deciding on whether to go ahead?!?”

“Their Customer Service is second to none. Having ordered tiles a few months back and asking if these could be sent back. They were very considerate and approved my return. I would recommend Total Tiles to any one.”

“We were disappointed when the pallet arrived as it was damaged, we contacted Total Tiles and informed them, before the pallet was unloaded, they offered to replace any and all that were damaged and honoured that promise, no quibble, they sent emails, and spoke to us on the phone, ensuring we had all we needed and were happy.”

“the ordering and delivery of the tiles was within 24 hours. tiles were well wrapped to avoid breakages. Sample tiles allows us to live with the colour for a while before placing a full order. 5 stars”
