“Their Customer Service is second to none. Having ordered tiles a few months back and asking if these could be sent back. They were very considerate and approved my return. I would recommend Total Tiles to any one.”

“We were disappointed when the pallet arrived as it was damaged, we contacted Total Tiles and informed them, before the pallet was unloaded, they offered to replace any and all that were damaged and honoured that promise, no quibble, they sent emails, and spoke to us on the phone, ensuring we had all we needed and were happy.”

“the ordering and delivery of the tiles was within 24 hours. tiles were well wrapped to avoid breakages. Sample tiles allows us to live with the colour for a while before placing a full order. 5 stars”

“Beautiful tile samples received, I was surprised to get full size tiles, but there gratefully received as it definitely gives a better idea of effect, efficient delivery and amazing communication re the next day 1 hour time slot... can’t wait to put in the full order (once we’ve chosen!) Thank you...”

“Fantastic product. I went with total tiles because of a few insanely high prices from other suppliers. Total tiles had a near exact match and the same material for a 1/8 of the price! Brilliant communication and delivered bang on time! I will be using them for all my future business. Thanks”
