“Was pleased with the quick response and the sample sent was well packed to prevent any possible damage. Unfortunately on receipt I found that it was not suitable for my purpose. But I think that just being able to get a sample is a big help rather than having to order all that is needed and then find yhey are not suitable.”

“Delighted with my tiles and Excellent customer service. I bought tiles for 5 bathrooms and a large kitchen dining and hall area. Some of my tiles were broken on transport and within a day my broken ones were replaced. Very professional company, I would highly recommend Total tiles.”

“Total Tiles were the only supplier in the UK to offer the style of tile I was after, and at a very decent price. The online tools helped with ordering quantities for area coverage and their online help responded quickly to a few questions I needed answers to. Delivery was palletised and arrived promptly and undamaged. Overall, a great service”
