“Great tiles, low prices. We had a big delivery which was damaged and after a quick email with some pictures their customer services team sent the new batch of tiles the next day. Excellent. No quibble service, exactly the thing that gives you confidence in a company to do the right thing when things don’t go to plan. Well done and keep up the good work. Much appreciated”

“Excellent. Quality tiles received in good time. Some fell and broke when unpacking due to the way they were packed, however, they quickly sent new ones within 2 days. Very impressed. Many thanks”

“Very pleased, friendly helpful staff. the Delivery company let them down both time I ordered goods first time arrived very late 7pm second time did not deliver on the date arranged so had to arrange another delivery date which was 4 day later so I was 4 days late finishing the job.”
