“Ordered samples and they arrived in less than 24 hours from Ipswich to Penzance, great service. Sample size was good and allowed u to judge best tile easier. Much better than small offcuts. Prices look very competitive, will be buying once we have quantity to use from our tiler.”

“Have made a few orders now with total tiles. Customer service is excellent and they go out of their way to make sure your tiles are perfect. As an example, we needed to order additional tiles on top of the previous order, they matched up the batch orders to make sure the tiles won't look too different when installed and with next day delivery! - Really happy customer, couldn't recommend enough”

“The reason I am giving total tiles at Hillington five stars is because of Jim! He helped me understand tiles and took time with me as I was not quite sure what I was looking for as there is so much choice. Can be a bit bewildering but I appreciated Jims input, thank you”

“Was really pleased to find a tile which i needed to replace a broken one we had fitted 5 years ago as couldn't find it elsewhere. Ordered just two online so that I had a spare and they arrived a few days later. Exceptional service and delivery for a small but much needed order, thank you.
