“The sales staff were very helpful when I ordered underfloor heating. Delivery was on time. I later added insulation to my order and unfortunately the wrong size was sent to me. This was rectified straight away and I received the correct item the next day. Very impressed with the heating and the service, I would recommend without hesitation. Thanks J Smith Hope Valley Derbyshire”

“I am writing a change of review on this company because they have been very responsive. They had no idea about what happened until I had wrote the review and straight away I had a phone call they have refunded back my delivery which I'm very thankful. Again thank you so much for your response and concern. Bambos”
