“Apart from having the rudest and most unhelpful delivery driver I have ever met deliver my tiles my experience with total tiles was excellent. Customer services were helpful when I phoned for advice, the samples arrived quickly. Despite the unpleasant experience with the delivery driver the tiles themselves were all in perfect condition and exactly like the sample one. They have now been laid and look beautiful and the quality seems good. The delivery company you outsource to may be something to reconsider, or it may be that he was having a particularly bad day. Shame as it did tarnish an otherwise perfect experience.”

“Your Ipswich depot was recommended by Ricky, a tiler by trade...he spoke very highly of you. We were looked after by a personable young man called Jonathan. He was knowledgeable, clear, concise and very helpful. He looked after us well which included loading our 4x4 ....although our order was a small one. He is a great ambassador for your company and deserves your full support. Because of his helpfulness we shall certainly use your company again. Thank you.”

“Superb customer service. Extremely helpful at every stage. We had to return some tiles ordered in error ( our mistake). Total tiles gave us assistance and advice throughout the returns process and contacted us as soon as returned tiles were received by them. We received an immediate refund. Excellent company to deal with, I would highly recommend.”
