Thanks for the feedback Sarka, we are glad you are happy with your tiles, being able to offer next day delivery to our customers is important to us. We do ask the independent haulage companies to call our customers an hour prior to delivery, they are normally very good at doing this for us. “Excellent tiles that look fantastic. Delivered as agreed. Due to being left outside and the delivery driver pulling off the plastic to get the delivery note out as it was raining the boxes disintegrated making them hard to move. Only reason you lost a star.”

Hi Ruth, thanks for your feedback, it's customer feedback like this that gives us an opportunity to fine tune our service. Thanks also for the positive comments regarding our service. We have made a change to our process now to ensure all delivery notes are now placed on top of the pallet in a protective wallet, this should deter a driver removing any pallet wrap in future. “The tiles were exactly what they looked like in the image and got here when they were supposed too. The quality of the tiles are also great. However, i would recommend having somebody with you when getting your tiles delivered because the delivery men refuse to help at all. It took a while transferring the tiles from outside to my house (up a flight of stairs) as I had around 20 boxes of tiles to move by myself. overall can't complain about the quality of the tiles as well as the price!”

“I ordered a couple of sample tiles which arrived the next working day. I then ordered 15 sq mtrs for delivery on a specific day and they arrived. I did all this on the internet. It was efficient and error free. I am very happy with the tiles which are of good quality and reasonably priced. I am unable to comment on staff friendliness or expertise having never spoken to anyone. A phone call to check delivery was OK and I was satisfied would elevate my rating to very good.”

“Tiles were delivered quickly but we were promised a phone call prior to delivery which never happened. Luckily my husband was in at the time otherwise we would have been facing a re-delivery charge and additional inconvenience”

“tiles are beautiful - there was a problem with delivery - the courier delivered it a day late but all credit to you the postage was refunded and a member of staff did call to check items had arrived. The tile box said it contained 11 tiles, but when opened only 10 were inside - I spoke to staff member who apologised and told the additional tile would be sent out. So cannot fault you in any way - would definitely use you again and recommend you to family and friends”

“Was given good advice regarding what I needed, as I bought 2 kits. One for wood floor and one for tiled floor. Everything came quickly and is good quality. Both floors installed with no real problems, and are working fine. Just one little gripe.....the instructions with the thermostats are absolutely terrible! Hardly any instructions and in bad broken English. Still haven't figured out how to set the sensor it uses for the wood floor. Other than that, all good.”

“I bought an underfloor heating kit but quickly realised that it was too large and couldnt be cut. Unfortunately I had already unrolled it to check the size and once this was done it meant the mat couldnt be returned so be warned! I messaged Total Tiles and they understood the predicament and offered to accept the thermostat back and refund me but the thermostat was good so i kept it and bought a smaller mat elsewhere due to time constraints. Overall a good seller but read the small print before you buy.”
