“Absolutely delighted. Found exactly the tiles we wanted at the cheapest price imaginable. We ordered a sample which was a whole tile which arrived quickly and was superbly packed. We followed that up with a full order, which has just arrived as promised. Our floor is going to look AMAZING.”

“SPARKLE BLACK RECTIFIED LAPPATO TILE Sample tile sent and packaged VERY well. Ordered amount required online. Forgot to add grout so called and lady added it to order. She was very helpful. Everything arrived next day. Well packed on pallet. Have now fitted all tiles. Very happy with quality, service and ease of ordering. Would recommend Total Tiles. Thank you”

“The package was well wrapped and arrived as planned. The item was not installed as yet therefore I cannot provide any comment at the moment. customer service is good and very helpful providing sizes advice and about the product. In my view this company is excellent and used t again.”

“We ordered the metallic effect tiles, which are so gorgeous we ordered them again to go somewhere else! The service was excellent and the tiles arrived exactly on time, even though we live in the Scottish Highlands - which apparently is not part of the UK for most online shops. But not Total Tiles. Very pleased and will be using Total Tiles again for our next project. Many thanks!”

“Very impressed with Total Tiles ! We found this company on line quite by accident and we were so pleased we did , as the tiles are so much cheaper than any where else. but excellent quality and with lots of choice. They were more than helpful with our order and as we decided to collect our tiles from the show room after ordering them on line . Would recommend Total Tiles to anyone looking to buy floor or wall tiles or even under floor heating, you will have to go a long way to find anywhere cheaper.and they also provide excellent customer service.”

“Good quality tiles, lots of choice and very competitive prices. Yes, delivery charge is expensive. It's expensive everywhere, tiles are heavy! If you want "free" delivery, you will be paying more per tile. Customer services is excellent, staff are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Won't hesitate to use Total Tiles again.”

“Ordered sample tileq. It's great and was very we'll packaged, but DPD delivery was appalling. On 1st attempt claimed we were out when we were waiting for them. So I tried to contact them. Chat line didn't work and to put in further contact info you had to change the date. Next day they said they claimed they didn't have contact info though had email and mobile number from the start. So I changed delivery to a collection point, but they failed to deliver due to 'unforeseen' circumstances. Finally collected it following day...”
