“Fast delivery full size sample unfortunately the larger tile sample was broken in several places . Other sample perfect and great thickness and quality . Would consider ordering but still deciding on colour and choices at present .”

“Tiles are beautiful and good quality only issue was delivery was dropped at side of road instead of driveway and packaging was terrible lucky I had help to get them out it’s definitely would have had a lot of smashed tiles”

“I only ordered a few samples to see which ones I liked. Ordered on the Thursday and came on the Friday, very quick. Very good quality. Will order the whole lot once I've got the date to start from the tiler. Can't wait for them to be laid.”

“Excellent customer service and staff. Delivery arrived on specified day as promised. Great value for money. Constant communication to keep me updated. Slight blip with one box of tiles being a different design (not Total Tiles fault, box labelled incorrectly), however telephoned Monday and received a correct replacement box on Tuesday. Absolutely fabulous service, would highly recommend :)”

“Customer service was excellent. They are easy to get hold of, friendly and sorted out the error super quickly. Tiles were well packed and not one broken on delivery. The state of the boxes were questionable, but that was down to the delivery company. Tiles are good quality and cost effective. I would recommend them!”
