“I was extremely impressed when tiles arrived, a few minutes before delivery I received a phone call from the drive to say he was on the way and would arrive in about 15mins. When the tiles arrive they were exactly what I wanted just perfect. The tile are planned to be laid next week, if you contact me again I'll sent you a picture.”

“Really pleased with the quality of the sample tiles I received also speedy delivery. Although 2 tiles were broken into 3 pieces bit disappointed. Eventhough they were well bubble wrapped and box marked fragile. Will be placing an order for bathroom tiles very soon.”

“I wish all firms were like these. I ordered the wrong tile adhesive which they spotted and contacted me.Charged the original price even though the right adhesive was more expensive. Excellent.”

“busy times for one of the few active suppliers, yet my order was still assessed for correctness aaaaaaaand a courtesy ~30 mins after placing the order to say that the correct adhesive had been added to the order so the job did not go wrong! laid by a professional tiler who was happy with the quality of the product (despite it not being a premium tile) and the result? impeccable! thankyou!! and now they are covered up so i can make a mess of the rest of the kitchen. ;-j”

“I can definitely recommend Total Tiles as a company. I've contacted them by email, sent them my measurements asking to work out how many square meters I will need and a guy called Alan got back to me almost straight away with numbers etc and he supported me technically throughout the whole process, even after sales. His advice was very valuable as I had no idea about tiles before I contacted them. The delivery was super quick too. Tiles are very good quality although few of them seemed to be a little bit domed which I only noticed after fitting. Probably 3 out of 30 tiles were slightly domed, but you can't really notice it until you grout it and get really close to it. Overall I am very happy with the customer support and quality of the product. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.”
