“Ordered a sample and it arrived very quickly. It had been extremely well packaged as well. We are very pleased with the sample and will definitely be ordering some more to do the whole bathroom. Excellent service.”

“Really nice quality tiles. They have an easy way to order amount you need (in m2 or quantity). Live chat is a great addition to their website. There's so many patterns we couldn't decide for a while but our choice turns out to be stunning :) If there's one thing I didn't love, it would be the delivery. Price is a bit high and tiles are delivered on the pallet which leaves you with a bit of rubbish but I can understand it's the safest option and delivery guys were always absolutely lovely and helpful :)”

“First order was damaged by the courier, so I rejected delivery. Emailed Total Tiles and within 15 minutes they were on the phone to apologise. They sent the tiles out the next day. First class customer service, I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

“Excellent choice of tiles. We ordered 2 sample tiles for a small fee and they arrived within 48 hours and were whole tiles, rather than parts of tiles. Made it very easy for us to choose the right tile for us. We then ordered a large quantity online and they arrived again very quickly (ordered on Saturday, arrived Tuesday). All tiles are intact and look great. Very good quality for the price. We would definitely use Total Tiles again.”
