“Excellent Service. I spoke on both occasions to two different men and they were both extremely helpful. The samples I ordered came next day. I then placed an order which arrived on a pallet. Choice of delivery was offered and delivered when promised. Thankyou.”

“I love these tiles and found them here at a reasonable price and comfortable delivery charge unlike other places. Calculating the amount of tiles I needed was simple and ordering was smooth. I am glad we included the recommended 10% in the amount to cover any breakages as our first delivery had that 10% damaged, possibly during transit. After emailing Total Tiles to let them know about the way the tiles were damaged and even though we had just enough for our project they were quick to arrange delivery of more tiles to cover the damaged 10%; this was on a weekend, confirmed by phone 30 mins after our email! The replacement tiles arrived safely. Product is beautiful and as advertised, staff are excellent, delivery is smooth and any issues they were happy to sort. If I need any more tiles for any other projects I will be returning, as well as recommending to family and friends. Thank you Total Tiles.”

“Lovely quality of tiles. However delivery was very late. Took the day off work for delivery but didn't arrive until 7pm. Delivery states 10am-6pm.”

“Very good service and value. Ordered by telephone after research on the internet and agreed delivery date and time. Everything went very well, no complaints. The product Larsen SLC 1550 Pro Single was excellent. Recommedm that all people doing self levelling floors should use it. It was used over timber floor and concrete. Looks lovely with perfect finish to lay vinyl”
