“First time ordering from Total tiles and can’t fault the service or quality of product. Must say the sales women was very helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was fab and no issues with timing of delivery. Would highly recommend.”

“Great ordering and delivery performance. Tiles well packed with nil breakages. However some of the tiles had some variation in their sizes which caused a few problems for our pile contractor. Otherwise very pleased.”

“Ordered sample tile thinking I would just get off cut but received the whole tile which I was well impressed with especially colour and size as 800 x 800 so looking to purchase a lot of these to complete living room floor as good price”

“The Tiles were delivered to the house where my friend lives who is going to do my bathroom, he was took delivery as arranged, he then had to leave to go to his parents down in Favesham , when I went round to collect them and bring them to my house I discovered one box had a tile missing and another had a cracked one, my friend missed this , I will try to upload pictures from my phone , thank you”

“This purchase has to rank amongst the easiest and best value that I have ever made. We have been trudging around all of the local tile dealers including the big names and although we found tiles we liked the price, in my mind, was cost prohibitive. Enter Total Tiles, from the moment the order was placed right up until the moment the order was received I was informed by mail or text of the current status. The product was extremely good value and came well packaged on a pallet with in my case not one single chipped or damaged tile. I would not hesitate to order from Total Tiles again and will definately recommend to anyone I know.”
