“Excellent service. On time delivery. Company offered to hold on to my goods until I got back from holiday. This is my second order with Total tiles as I had already purchase some tiles a few months ago and needed to match this new order up with previous order. They were able to send me tiles of the same batch number too which was excellent. Very courteous and helpful.”

“Samples were delivered very quickly. Main issue was the excessive use of packaging which meant that parcel was a lot larger than anticipated and had to be collected from a collection point.”

Good afternoon, I am glad you received your sample tile promptly and I hope you are pleased with the tile. With regards to the packaging, we need to ensure that the tiles arrive with you in good condition because if they are broken in transit then we have to resend which involves more packaging, more inconvenience to our customers and further costs to ourselves. The couriers which we use require the package to be signed for, unless they are informed in advance of a safe place for the parcel to be left then they are not allowed to leave it unsecured and unsigned - they are not aware of the value of the package and as I am sure you can appreciate, they cannot take responsibility for any lost deliveries.
