“We had an issue with the original delivery. I spoke with Tony who sorted my problem out straight away. Exceptional Customer Service, would recommend them just for that but also the tiles were of great quality & very reasonably priced too.”

“I paid for a full sample of the tile we had chosen and was happy to pay £5 for the same. I could not order on line so phoned the office. An extremely nice man went on to say that these tiles were out of stock. Why was I issued with a sample I could not order?”

“The sample of tile I received very quickly and was the size and colour I was looking for but the sparkly pieces were not as shiny as I was hoping for.Excellent service especially from Johnathan a big thank you as my sample was slightly damaged I received a full refund , which didn’t have to be done. So welcome I hope to yous Total Tiles again xx”

“We wanted to cosider putting tiles down as a floor option in the living room. Still considering it but we received samples on time, they were of a generous proportion, well informed about delivery and very well packed.”

“I ordered 2 tiles to see if I liked them for my new kitchen. They were delivered well packed and on time. The oak style timber look porcelain tile is exactly what I am looking for and at the right price. I will be ordering them once my build gets started. Would definitely recommend.”

If and only if other companies were as good on each stage of the cycle! Even the sample tile arrived on time and was wrapped & packed with TLC, like new born baby!”
