“I Ordered a number of tile samples from Total Tiles. Tiles were delivered quickly and on time. Unfortunately though half the samples were broken into several pieces when they arrived which isn’t ideal and makes it difficult to see the full effect of the tile in situ. Update: after posting my previous review, Total Tiles contacted me, with an offer to replace broken samples or provide a refund. Absolutely cannot fault their customer service and more than happy to amend my previous rating. Many thanks Total Tiles much appreciated.”

“Sent for some sample tiles. Excellent service tiles were really well packed. Unfortunately they weren’t what l had in mind. Really good quality and l would definitely recommend as prices are very good .”

“We ordered some sample tiles as we couldn’t decide which ones to purchase. We were totally amazed when the tiles can and were full sized samples. We expected them to be smaller cut offs. Extremely happy with the samples that were sent so are ordering the full amount for our bathroom. Cheapest website we have found. Excellent value for money!”

“Tile price really good although delivery price high so you need to get order spot on first time. Delivery pricing doesn't match up either went to order an extra 6 tiles but its costs more to send the 6 tiles together than it does splitting the order into 2. Time you add delivery costs you would be better going to your nearest tile store for a better service”

“Tiles are great and the prices are cheap. The delivery cost is a little eye watering though! This offsets the cheapness of the tiles to make it roughly what the high street would cost.”
