“Had broken tiles in my delivery. The company replaced them without any problem at all. The replacements were sent out super quick which meant my tiler could carry on with the job..”

“Late delivery but was refunded granted tiles were delivered which I had no idea they had been until I read my email saying they had been delivered and signed for at 12.20 I read the email at 2.40 and did not sign a single thing”

“Very VERY impressed with total tiles and in particular Lee and Elliott in customer services. From the ordering of sample tiles to pricing ease of ordering through to job completion. A complete mix up with tile delivery was very promptly rectified and concluded to my ultimate satisfaction. I won’t hesitate to recommend Total tiles and will certainly be using them for all future projects.”

“Total Tiles is Totally brilliant, exceptional customer service and outstanding quality products at amazing prices. I called to add to my original order at very short notice, but nothing was too much trouble and was sorted out in no time. No fuss, no bother, just sorted. So refreshing to deal with a company like Total Tiles who in my view set the benchmark for all round quality and customer service. I have already recommended them to several friends and my next-door neighbour too, all of whom have DIY kitchen and bathroom projects in mind in the near future”

“I've been really impressed with Total Tiles. I ordered samples which all arrived very quickly and really well packaged. I went on to order my tiles and thought the website was great in helping work out quantities needed and adhesive required. The delivery was delayed by a day due to courier delays, Total Tiles phoned me to explain the situation and rearranged delivery for the morning of the following day. The tiles arrived by 8.30 and 4 were damaged, Total Tiles were very helpful and said they would replace them. In the end we needed some thinner cuts so were able to use the damaged tiles and I messaged Total Tiles to let them know and despite still having used the tiles I have been refunded for the damage. I think the tiles are good quality at an excellent price and I have been really impressed with the service I've received and think the way both issues were dealt with and handled was fantastic. I would recommend the company and the tiles as the ones I choose and the 3 samples I ordered all seen very good quality”
