“Total Tiles is Totally brilliant, exceptional customer service and outstanding quality products at amazing prices. I called to add to my original order at very short notice, but nothing was too much trouble and was sorted out in no time. No fuss, no bother, just sorted. So refreshing to deal with a company like Total Tiles who in my view set the benchmark for all round quality and customer service. I have already recommended them to several friends and my next-door neighbour too, all of whom have DIY kitchen and bathroom projects in mind in the near future”

“I've been really impressed with Total Tiles. I ordered samples which all arrived very quickly and really well packaged. I went on to order my tiles and thought the website was great in helping work out quantities needed and adhesive required. The delivery was delayed by a day due to courier delays, Total Tiles phoned me to explain the situation and rearranged delivery for the morning of the following day. The tiles arrived by 8.30 and 4 were damaged, Total Tiles were very helpful and said they would replace them. In the end we needed some thinner cuts so were able to use the damaged tiles and I messaged Total Tiles to let them know and despite still having used the tiles I have been refunded for the damage. I think the tiles are good quality at an excellent price and I have been really impressed with the service I've received and think the way both issues were dealt with and handled was fantastic. I would recommend the company and the tiles as the ones I choose and the 3 samples I ordered all seen very good quality”

“This was my first time to use Total Tiles but I would definitely use them again. I telephoned ahead of my order for some advice on what I would need. The person on the phone gave me some great advice and helped me put together my order. I then placed the order online, it couldn't have been easier. I was phoned ahead of the delivery which arrived on time. well done Total Tiles”

“Dealt with Clare from ordering, then delivery on a certain time and day/date. Nothing was too much of a problem. Everything arrived in perfect condition on the time and date agreed. Great price and a very professional attitude to customers. They will come highly recommended by me to any perspective customers. Many, many thanks to Clare and everyone at Total Tiles”

“I bought some concrete effect matt vogue xl floor tiles for my new extension. They arrived the next day. I was worried about breakages but when they arrived they were packaged really well with individual cardboard , plastic and on a pallet. There were no breakages but a few tiles did have a few chips. We used those on a cut piece so that was not a big problem. The tiles are just as described. A class tiles. They have just been laid by the fitter and look just as I imagined them when designing our kitchen.”
