“Top notch on customer services - issue on delivery was speedily rectified and delivery came following day. These guys go an extra mile to ensure quality and reliability is maintained to high customer satisfaction. I will be doing all my future purchases with them as they knock the spots off all other suppliers I've had to deal with in the past. I recommend them highly.”

“I have been very impressed by Total Tiles with both their range and service. My only concern was that they were too cheap! I ordered what I was after, it turned up as arranged. One or two tiles (out of 450) were damaged, and they sent replacements out immediately without any quibble. My tiler had no problems with their quality, and completed a fantastic job. These tiles were £30/sqm cheaper than anywhere else, and there is no tangible or visible difference. I cannot recommend Total Tiles enough, and will definitely be starting my search here next time.”

“The order process was relatively simple, however despite next day delivery being quoted, over 1 week later i have not received my tile samples and DPD notes that no package has been delivered to them.”

“I rang the company several times with questions prior to my purchase. Each member of staff was extremely helpful, patient and provided advice. I placed my order and delivery was swift.
