“The staff at Total Tiles are great, especially Matt who has tried to help me out with the delivery of a sample. That said, I was badly let down by DPD who sent the sample back twice and apparently tried to deliver 5 times stating they were ‘Unable to find my house’. I never received my sample or was indeed offered a refund. This was only £1.99, but think this should have been done as a matter of principal. There has also been no contact from Total Tiles since 14th August. I feel this is a real shame as Total Tiles have now potentially lost a big order. Again, thanks to Matt for trying to help me out with this shambles.”

“The wall tiles for the bathroom are excellent, I haven't put them up yet but the quality and colour are just what we were looking for. Excellent price (cheaper than most places looked at) the delivery was also good the driver placed the tiles in my garage for me, very good. Would definately buy from you again..thanks”

“I ordered with Rachel who was very helpful with advice on what colour grout would suit the tiles I ordered etc And took my order and arranged A Morning delivery which to be honest didn’t arrive till the afternoon (courier issue) so half of my delivery cost was refunded. Also had a couple of broken tiles with were replaced a delivered within 2 days, so all in all really good prices for tiles you won’t find them anywhere cheaper They are NOT seconds either. The customer service was really good too very helpful and polite, would def buy from them again.”

“Fantastic company. The service is perfect! Some could learn from them. Really quick, efficient and great communication. Ordered a sample initially for only a couple of pound. Love the tiles and it’s a perfect t result for us! Thanks for being so good.”

“Great service, fast delivery and great product. I noticed all boxes had been opened so I can only assume this a was a quality control check. Only one tile in a 10m2 order was defected but still usable.”
