“The tiles were delivered within a couple of days and left by the garage as asked. The quality of the tiles and colour were as expected. The only negative was the delivery cost which seemed rather expensive in comparison with the value of the tile order.”

“Excellent company to buy from!! I bought sample tiles online as the shop is to far from me and I had some questions along the way. I emailed in and got super quick and helpful responses. I found the perfect tiles at a great price and made an order with underfloor heating. Absolutely over the moon with everything!!!! I will highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely buy again from them.”

“**warning before making large orders** No warning of curbside delivery until we had 0.94 tonne dumped on the end of a shared driveway. Driver stating we were lucky that it wasn't on the road as its a standard curbside delivery. While customer services were empathetic, there was an overall 'sorry but you're on your own' attitude. This issue caused no access for our elderly neighbours son to pick her up from outside her home and blocked our car from leaving. This caused issues on a Monday morning as unable to work until they were moved by hand by us.”

“I'm in the process of refurbishing my bathroom and have had many tile samples. Some I must admit are too small to tell whether they would be suitable, others do provide either half or full samples for a small fee. I have had full samples from Total Tiles and I must admit that I'm blown away with some I've chosen for the walls and floors. I texted my builder and even he likes the look of them. I'm waiting now for the go ahead to order these tiles. Such an amazing price too.”

“I needed to find some tiles and materials for a small tiling job. I could find everything I needed in the site and the prices were competitive. The only area I struggled with was shipping costs but this is standard for this type of online retailer, and emphasises by my job only being small (1m2 tiling job)”

“The colours for the items you see online are very accurate ( which is very important to the colour scheme in Decor). the service is easy to use. Delivery is fast and efficient. I have already advised friends to use Total tiles, and compared to other companies they are affordable”
