“Excellent service from start to finish, from advice on purchasing through to an easy to use on line ordering and tracking system. A small snags was resolved quickly and expertly by helpful staff and follow up calls. Great products at very competitive prices, I would never go anywhere else for tiles.”

“Very impressed all through !! VAT on invoices is a little bit misleading ,as at first sight it looks like prices are plus VAT whereas they are actually inclusive .Possibly disconcertingl if checking against other quotations?”

“i have ordered sample tiles from total tiles. Quick delivery and i did looked at some locally available tile stores but the quality and style of Total tiles is perfect for my home. one thing i must add if you guys add little more detail on webpage. For example if the gloss tiles are slip resistant or not? Regards”

“The tiles I bought were samples and did have an issue with a breakage and they refunded the damaged tiles very quickly and I have a good price for all my tiles so just about to place a full order, they have been really helpful!”
