“Ordered 30sqmtr of tiles, self levelling compound, adhesive, grout. Arrived on 2 pallets a couple of days after ordering. Replaced a few broken ones, which is to be expected sometimes on a fairly large order. Good customer service, products and price. Would deffintly use again.”

“Brilliant service! Had a box of samples delivered via courier 13 of 25 broken! Simple process and couldn’t have been more helpful when I placed the full order,took the refund off the delivery cost. Tiles are great and at a good price”

“I have used Total Tiles on numerous occasions and the service is great. The website is easy to follow and find attached anything your after. Deliveries are fast and on time and when you do need to get in touch by phone theres always someone in hand to help”

“I'm going to give you 5/5 for the following reasons - - Your customer service is excellent, and not just one cs representative but all 3, or even 4 that i have spoken to recently. Everyone is so polite and makes you feel like a valued customer. This is something that frustrates me about other tile companies, e.g. tiles direct with their rude & unfriendly tone, after having waited 35mins for them to answer. shame becuase they do some fantastic designs. So your team really sets you apart. - There was a late delivery, and I didn't actually require the tiles anymore since it was late. I was given a full refund of delivery and cost of tiles. I did expect this but lots of companies would still make you fund some of it which i find very poor. so i appreciate that you did the full job. - Not only were your team kind and friendly, they were also very helpful and knowledeable and left you feeling confident about the purchase. The only thing that let them down was failure to call back.. i understand everyone is very busy but when the call back depends upon next day delivery possibilities it is important.. did have 2 instances of no call backs so just thought i'd mention it :) Otherwise, fab company and dead chuffed with the tiles too! Thanks”
