“Their transport company let them down, but thanks to customer care they sorted it for a day later, they also replaced broken tiles no quibble. Its when curve balls happen you see who the good businesses are......”

“Sample tile delivered quickly and in good condition but the amount of bubble wrap was excessive- good for the tile, not so much for the environment. Somewhere in the middle would be better!”

“Saw Total .tiles on the internet wanted a sample (as it’s hard to really see the quality or colour on screen) they were quick and efficient and I received my sample almost the next day as promised. Very helpful and product excellent.”

“Ordering and payment was straight forward and efficient. However delivery feed back was Chaotic, no time guidance available at am 8 til lunch time. Then told last delivery of the day in phone call. Return phone at 5 to be told driver out of time so it would be a following day delivery. This was an added expense to me as the designer as I had to pay some to be a key holder for the two days.”

“Show room is great as shows concepts for the full room. Staff extremely helpful when we visited and once home I had failed to write down some information on a tile I wanted and they were very quick to help me get the correct information. Samples sent quickly and well packed which has enabled us to make decisions (Looking at retiling 4 rooms and it was quite overwhelming). The prices are extremely competitive and looking at the quality of the samples this is not due to compromising the product. So far I am extremely happy and looking forward to placing my order next week.”
