“Total Tiles was recommended to me by a friend after the tile we had chosen last year from another company was discontinued. We ordered a couple of samples - they arrived really quickly and so well packaged. Impressed with the tile quality and prices much better than previous tile choice! The staff are incredibly helpful answering questions and sending extra photos to help with deliberation. We have placed our order, awaiting its delivery and when 'isolation' is over we can get our tiler back.”

“Great prices and even better customer service. Tiles are great quality and I’m really pleased with them. Several tiles arrived broken on delivery and replacements were sent and arrived within 24 hours. I would highly rate this company.”

“From the very beginning, Total Tiles have been very helpful. The tiles always arrive on time , as scheduled. Everytime that I have called them, they have answer very promptly. They are also very quick in emailing back. A very well organised firm. As i dont have a car in london, their prices are very competitive even with deliveries. A very polite team.”

“The porcelain tiles which I purchased were of a good quality and were a great price even taking into consideration the delivery charge. Goods delivered as per schedule. Tiles delivered on pallet and well packed. Will definitely use this company again”
