“Bit of a shame how expensive the delivery is, i dont quite understand how with todays logistics companies it came to £35. This will unfortunately affect any future decisions to buy from here again no matter how good the rest of the service is.”

Thanks for leaving us a review. We set a high standard for ourselves, and whilst we are very pleased you were happy with our service, unfortunately our delivery charges did not meet your expectations. Most of our customers find £25 - £35 to deliver a pallet of tiles reasonable, all deliveries are subsidised by Total Tiles as the true cost to have a pallet delivered from Ipswich to Newcastle is around £60. To deliver anywhere in the UK as quick as next day, along with all other online tile companies we use a third-party haulier which is part of a network. I hope you can understand, that whilst we are happy to have delivered a sample with free postage and packaging, we unfortunately are not able to subsidise your order any further. We find most customers are happy to pay for delivery, this is because Total Tiles offers the lowest UK tile prices 365 days a year Guaranteed. Kind regards Ashley
