“I would highly recommend Total Tiles in Ipswich. I had spent a lot of time looking at other tile places in Colchester and was taken back by the prices. Average price £40 a square metre and some £100 a square metre. Major DIY retailers had cheaper tiles but limited selection and had concerns when noticed how they were displayed and how many boxes had cracked tiles in them. Came across Total Tiles when researching on the internet and so pleased I did ! Their staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and gave other customer feedback on certain tiles. Their prices were brilliant and certainly undercut the other tiles shops I had been to for the same tiles. Delivery was excellent and on time. All the staff went out of their way to help and I will certainly use them again and have strongly recommended Total Tiles to all my friends and family and would recommend anybody to give them a look before going elsewhere!”

“Very Good service so far :) Delivery on time, and when the driver had trouble getting down my road i was called (rather than the driver just not delivering which has happen with other companies) and we managed to get the delivery unloaded in a timely manner.”

“Easy purchase process and even with a few broken/chipped tiles, the after sales service was brilliant, prompt and replaced broken tiles without question which made up for any disappointment of tiles broken in transit. Superb service all round.”

“I had been around several shops and knew what I wanted! The staff were pleasant and helpful and to save me looking I told them what I had in mind; sparkle, anthracyte and ideally rectangular! I got the sparkle I wanted, black (but they don’t look it) and square! Delivery was prompt and the whole job was reasonably priced!”

“Although the tiles were 4 to a piece instead of 9 to a piece as the picture we are thrilled. They are really good quality, beautiful designs and I like them better than the picture. We love them. Thank you.”
