“Really good prices for high quality tiles. Great choices of delivery options, next day Saturday delivery service was spot oN. Tile calculator also works well, additional tiles required sent individually wrapped rather than paying for an unnecessary box. Will definitely recommend and use again (if I can ever face doing 3 bathrooms at once again...!)”

“I requested samples of 3 tiles they arrived very quickly and I was impressed with the quality and price. I went ahead and placed an order. The delivery company were very good at communicating with me and the delivery was received on time. The tiles were all perfect and they look wonderful now they are up. I would definitely recommend Total Tiles. Their choice of tiles and prices cannot be beaten. When I need tiles in future I will have no hesitation in using them again.”

“Lovely tiles. Two boxes were smashed. When I asked for replacements and two extra boxes they wanted me to pay the postage and send the replacements on my pallet. When I objected and asked to speak to the manager I was told "Matt" (the manager) said he would meet me fifty fifty I still objected stating I had to dispose of the tiles and had to prove damage with photographs. And as they had to send a pallet any way good customer service would be to include my tiles on the same pallet. I was told Matt would ring me. He did and lied that he had not said that. Make your own mind up folks.”
