“The staff at Total Tiles are brillant. So helpful and friendly. As a new customer i found the whole experience great. The tiles were delivered, some had been broken in transit but Total Tiles were very prompt in rectifying the matter and the next day I received replacements all intact. I would never hesitate in contacting them again for advice and help.”

“Well, I ordered One tile sample. Tracking info. fine. Courier delivery-I could not believe my eyes. A Large box......... Very large in fact. Inside the ONE tile was completely swaddled in at least a meter of bubble wrap. PLEASE could you review your wrapping system to develop a one sleeve item with protection. Completely environmentally unfriendly approach to packaging. The tile is lovely!”

“I saved £800+ (about 20+%) by using Total Tiles compared with ordering from a local tile supplier. Good products good prices and delivered well packed on 3 pallets. Only minor complaint is that delivery was 1 day later than originally told, and they did not tell me. I had to phone them (at 4pm) to ask “where is my delivery” - they chased & phoned back “it will be with you tomorrow morning” - and it was.”

“We ordered 3 samples for our new kitchen. They arrived speedy and extremely well packaged. We will most certainly be ordering our wall and floor tiles with you when the time comes. We’re very impressed the nicest tiles we’ve found by far. Let’s hope the arrive as speedy and we’ll packaged when we need them next. Thank you.”
