“Sample arrived at second delivery attempt by DPS. Very over-packed in my opinion - about 3m of bubble wrap for one 100 x 300 tile. Unfortunately tile did not match the ones we bought from BCT about 2 .years ago s!o won't be buying in quantity.”

“The Customer Service from Total Tiles has been outstanding. We ordered tiles and adhesive and received a call from them to tell us that the adhesive we'd ordered was not suitable for the tiles, so they had changed it to the correct one and wanted to explain the change to us. We had a lot of questions about the project and both their online Chat service and their customer service team could not have been more helpful. The tiles arrived on time and were exactly as ordered. We are really impressed with this company, they went out of their way to provide information and excellent customer service which is very rare these days. Thank you to everyone there who helped us.”

“Excellent service. Sample tile was a good size, yes you have to pay postage, but all samples from other company’s are so small you have no idea what they look like! Highly recommended”

“We were looking for a match for some kitchen tiles after our electrician had to break some when doing the cooker. Total tiles got some samples out to us really quickly and we were able to match one of them to the broken ones, so have since ordered some more. The tiles were really well wrapped and arrived quickly with regular updates given as to when they were going to arrive. What more do you want. We will be buying bathroom tiles from them soon too.”

“Received a sample of the Beach hut distressed tile today, very well packaged arrived on time with a time slot which is great. Love the tile but I didn’t read the spec so was expecting a tile in the shape of a plank of wood, so not the tile for me I’m gutted as it looks really good. Thanks for the speedy service, I had also used the live chat which is a good idea.”
